Athlete(s) Involved: Josh Coppins & Rui Goncalves
MX 1 - JOSH COPPINS - his race this weekend was a vast improvement to previous races. He has at long last got his blood count right, and we can only hope that he is going to go from strength to strength from now on. He managed a comfortable 3rd in the 1st race, and although he only got a 5th in the 2nd race, he fought from beginning to end. Our old Josh with his fighting spirit is back. He is getting good starts, and when he loses some positions to mistakes he is fighting back to the end. Josh managed a 3rd tie in points for the day together with Ken de Dycker and David Philippaerts. I really think he still has a chance at the World Title with 6 rounds still to go. We wish him all the best.

MX 2 - RUI GONCALVES - his 1st race did not go according to plan for him, he was battling to get his rythm, he fell, and could not come up through the field. He only managed a 7th in that race. On the other hand in the 2nd race, he got the Hole Shot, and led the race for the first 4 laps when he was eventually passed by his fellow team mate and Ken Roczen, a young up and coming rider with lots of talent. Rui faught hard and managed a 4th at the end of the race. Go Rui Go, you can do it. He is also in it with a fighting chance at the title.
