MX 1: JOSH COPPINS - had some good racing this weekend. The amount of spectators and supporters on the banks of the track were quite a sight to see. I must admit the french love Motocross and know how to cheer on their riders. Josh nearly had 2nd in the bag in the second race, he fought hard to keep his fellow competitors off for the entire 35 min. but then Cairoli past him with 2 laps to go, and he could not hold on anymore, but managed to finish the race strong.

MX 2 - RUI GONCALVES - well Rui had his normal qualifying race, Frossard taking him out in a corner and going down, he only managed like a 22 start gate for the race. But we thought no worries, he usually does very well from that end of the field anyway. His races did not go all his way unfortunately. Someone landed on him in the one race and he had a bad crash in the other. He was pretty banged up from all these incidences, sore shoulder, sore forearm, sore back etc. We are so proud of him, as he got up everytime and never gave up. He pushed right to the very end.
