Base Training for Richard van der Westhuizen, got off to a good start over the December/January period, preparing him for another successful year in 2010. He trained hard, covering Swimming, Plyometrics, Gym, Yoga, Pilates, Mountain Biking and lots, lots more. This ground work for his Base Training is vitally important to form the foundation and building blocks for his year ahead. This is the time, during his Off-Season to get strong, build endurance and flexibility, as one can never catch this period up again during the year. Richard will go from strength to strength from here forth, and we look foreward to a good working relationship with him throughout the year in preparing him for another career WIN!!!
