He has covered swimming, cross country and track running, rugby, life-saving, surfing, canoeing, jet-skiing, triathlons, mountain biking, road cycling, Moto-X, Enduros, Off-Road Motorbiking, Adventure Racing to name but a few.
He is a very competitive and motivated person, and always going the extra mile to achieve the best for himself.
With this ambition and passion to win all the time, he reads a lot, and tries many different techniques, diets, supplements, training methods etc. in order to improve his own ability to perform at the highest level.
